Why borrow on Pike?

Selling assets results in the closure of positions, effectively removing exposure to the underlying asset. Borrowing on Pike offers capital efficiency by enabling loans without selling or wrapping and transferring native assets across blockchains.

How do I borrow?

Before initiating a borrowing transaction, you must supply assets as collateral. Further information can be found in the section.

  • In the "Assets to borrow" section, select "Borrow" for the asset you wish to borrow.

  • "Available" indicates the maximum amount of assets you can borrow, based on a 75% Loan-to-valuation (LTV) of your collateral value.

  • Borrows are initiated on the Base Network, irrespective of the asset type. Therefore, you must switch to the Base network to initiate the transaction.

When borrowing USDC, you must choose the destination network where you want to receive the USDC.

Enter the desired borrowing amount. The maximum borrowable amount depends on your . Then, click "Borrow" and sign the transaction.
